一、单位简介
山东省科学院高新技术产业（中试）基地（山东省科学院留学人员创业园）（以下简称：中试基地）是齐鲁工业大学（山东省科学院）下属的二级事业单位，中试基地承担政府使命，履行社会责任，以“科技服务平台 成果转化枢纽”为定位，致力于打造国际化、开放式、高水平的产学研合作与成果转化公益性服务机构。建有“国家技术转移示范机构”“中国创新驿站山东区域站点”“国际科技合作示范基地”3个国家级平台，“山东省技术转移机构”1个省部级平台，“济南市技术转移机构”“山东省科学院留学人员创业园”2个地市、校（院）级平台。近年来，共承担科技部火炬计划项目、国家重点研发计划、国家外国专家项目、山东省重点研发计划、山东省重大创新工程项目等国家级、省级科研项目40余项。先后获得“中国产学研合作先进单位”“中国技术市场协会金桥奖”“中国技术市场协会科技中介服务诚信机构”等荣誉称号。
山东中乌技术创新研究院（以下简称：中乌院）是在山东省科技厅组织指导下，由山东省科学院联合济南市等我省地方政府以及乌克兰国家科学院共建的集产业技术研发、国际技术转移转化、技术服务和科技企业孵化“四位一体”的市场化运行的国际科技创新合作平台，是具有事业法人性质的新型研发机构。
中试基地/中乌院现面向海内外招聘博士后研究人员，诚邀有志青年加盟。
二、招收方式及研究方向
1.招收方式：全职博士后，培养期限为2年。
2.招收学科/研究方向：

三、申请条件
1.思想政治表现良好，具有良好的学术品德，身心健康；
2.具有较强的科学研究能力和较大的学术发展潜力；
3.年龄不超过35周岁且取得博士学位（3年以内）或即将获得博士学位的应届博士研究生。

Ⅰ. Introduction
Science and Technology Service Platform of Shandong Academy of Sciences (Shandong Academy of Sciences Overseas Chinese Pioneer Park) (hereinafter referred to as: STSP) is an institution under Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences). STSP takes on the mission of the government and fulfills its social responsibility. With the positioning of "Science and Technology Service Platform and Result Transformation Hub", STSP is committed to building an international, open and high-level public service institution for industry-university-research cooperation and result transformation. STSP has built 3 national-level platforms, 1 provincial-ministerial-level platform, and 2 local-city/university (institute) level platforms. In recent years, STSP has undertaken more than 40 national and provincial research projects, including the Torch Program of Ministry of Science and Technology, National Key R&D Program, National Foreign Experts Program, Shandong Province Key R&D Program, Shandong Province Major Innovation Project, etc. In addition, STSP has won the honorary titles of "Advanced Unit of China Industry-University-Research Cooperation", "Golden Bridge Award of China Technology Market Association" and "Integrity Agency of Science and Technology Intermediary Service of China Technology Market Association".
Shandong Zhongwu Institute of Technology Innovation is a new type of R&D institution, which is jointly established by Shandong Academy of Sciences, Jinan City and other local governments in Shandong Province and National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine under the guidance of Department of Science & Technology of Shandong Province. It is a market-oriented international science and technology innovation cooperation platform integrating industrial technology research and development, international technology transfer, technology service and science and technology business incubation.
Ⅱ. Recruitment Information
1. We recruit postdocs for a 2-year training period.
2. We seek highly motivated full-time post-doctoral researchers in the fields of:
